How Signing Works
Every document, one way to sign
Service estimates, quotes, rental agreements, consignment agreements and delivery paperwork all go out the same way: a secure link, a code to verify the signer, a signature on any device, and a signed copy stored on the record.
Line-by-line on estimates
On a service estimate the customer approves or declines each line before signing, so the repair order that comes back is the work they actually said yes to.
No per-contract fee
Signing is part of the system, not a metered add-on. Ten deals or a hundred, the price is the same.
Reminders that do their job
An unsigned document gets a reminder on a schedule, on the dealer’s own sending address, until it is signed or withdrawn.
Pay from the same link
Where a document carries money, a deposit on an estimate or a payment on a rental, the customer can pay from the signing link, and the payment lands on the same record.
The signed copy stays with the record
Signed PDFs live on the repair order, the booking, the consignment or the deal they belong to, next to the photos and the notes. Nothing to file, nothing to find later.

- What if the customer does not sign?
- Reminders go out on a schedule until the document is signed or you withdraw it. You can see which documents are still waiting from the record.
