Service
Most shop software was written for cars: one customer, one vehicle, one visit. An RV shop runs on units that sit for weeks, customers who live three hours away, and approvals that come by text at nine at night. AnyDealerOS was built inside a working RV service shop, so the repair order, the estimate and the customer's phone all agree.
From Write-Up to Pickup
Every line carries the complaint, the cause and the correction. Parts with markup, labor by the hour or a flat price, photos of what you found, and a unit picker that pulls the VIN and the customer from the record you already have.
Send the estimate as a link. The customer approves the lines they want, declines the ones they do not, signs on their phone, and can pay the deposit from the same link. You get a signed PDF and a repair order that matches what they said yes to.
Customers check where their rig stands from a link on their own phone. Fewer calls to the counter, and the answer is the same one your board shows.
Customers request service from your website with the unit, the problem and photos. The request lands on your calendar as a pending appointment you confirm or reschedule.
Repair orders move across a board by status, with waiting states in their own columns and days-in-shop aging on every card. The daily schedule shows bays per lot, drag to assign, and prints a three-page day sheet for the shop.
Parts on a repair order come off catalog stock when you add them and go back when you remove them, on create and on edit. A parts request with a photo goes to the parts counter without a walk.
Condition photos as tiled sets, signed estimates, uploaded documents, notes, and a status history that shows who moved the job and when. The customer file keeps the same trail.
Jobs waiting on parts, on approval or on the customer sit in a queue with a next step, so nothing ages out of sight because nobody owned the call.
PIN kiosk clock-in with location, weekly hours emailed to the office, and a diagnostic fee and storage terms set per dealer so every document says the same thing.
