What the Setup Fee Buys

Onboarding one dealership is real work, most of it data migration and training. The setup fee pays for a person to do it with you, not a help article.

Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month. You can leave any month and take your data with you.
What does the setup fee cover?
Discovery of your workflows and forms, account setup, migration of your inventory and customers from your current system, photo migration, the QuickBooks connection with your bookkeeper, payment and texting registration, roles and security, training for every department, and go-live support for the first two weeks.
What is the Founders offer?
The Dealer plan for $599 a month with a $2,500 setup, locked for 12 months, for the first dealers who come on. It is our way of paying for the feedback that shapes the product.
Are there per-user, per-contract or per-text fees?
Starter is priced for up to 3 users. Dealer and Premium have no user limit. E-signatures have no per-contract fee. Texting carrier registration and per-message carrier costs are passed through at cost.
What about dealer groups and multiple locations?
Multi-location and enterprise pricing is quoted per group, built on how many rooftops, users and departments you run. Every location shares one system and one customer record. Book a demo or email sales@anydealeros.com and we will put a competitive group rate in front of you.
Can I start on Starter and move up?
Yes. Plans change at the next month. The setup difference between plans is charged once when you move up.
